Summary of Services

Fractional Laser

Fractional laser uses carbon dioxide laser to puncture holes into the skin which when healed, replaces the fibrous acne scar tissue with collagen. This reduces the size and depth of the acne scars and thus improves overall appearance.

Laser Carbon Peel

Nd YAG laser is used to perform the laser carbon peel. The treatment has 2 main purposes: first, to reduce overall pigmentation and second, to improve the texture of the skin. This achieves a clearer, brighter and smoother skin.

iClear

Award-winning ICLEAR Acne Phototherapy/ ClearLight employs a specialized intense pure violet/blue light that treats acne-prone skin.

Using proven selective Photo Cleansing (SPCT) technology to destroy the bacteria that causes acne, the unique high intensity UV free light is safe and selectively destroys the bacteria without causing harm to surrounding tissue.

Collagen Fillers

One of the consequences of time, smoking, the sun and gravity is a loss of dermal collagen in the skin resulting in deep wrinkles. The earliest sign of aging is an increase in prominence of the nasolabial folds.

Fillers or soft tissue augmentation is a safe and effective method for individuals who seek aesthetic improvement without surgical procedures. Fillers are ideal for fine and deep wrinkles, giving a natural youthful appearance.

Advance Botox

The second most commonly-performed cosmetic procedure in North America, Botox is a simple non surgical treatment involving a few tiny injections to smoothen out moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, crow's feet, forehead lines.

It can also be used for

  1. giving a narrower well-defined jaw line
  2. non surgical face lifts
  3. reducing nasal flares
  4. reducing pores and fine lines

PDGF Anti-aging treatment

PDGF stands for Platelet-derived Growth Factor, one of the numerous growth factors, or proteins that regulate cell growth and division.

Radiofrequency

Radiofrequency generates heat in the subcutaneous fat layer which stimulates collagen production in the dermis. An immediate lift is seen after the therapy but lasting results only show a few weeks later.

Weight Control

Most people have the impression that eating too many calories causes weight gain. In certain countries such as China where obesity is less common, people eat substantially more calories than in America. Thus the level of activity is equally important as it helps in the balance of calories, for e.g., if you exercise, you can burn off more calories and maintain your weight despite eating more.

Generally it is the type of food rather than cutting down calories that is important in weight loss. We should avoid simple sugars and refined carbohydrates.

At our centre, we help you to cut down on your calories while maintaining proper nutrition as well as help you raise your metabolism with our tailored weight loss plan. We are able to diagnose your body type, calorie needs, metabolism level and ICF and ECF water content with our NSLIM weight management system, thus enhancing your weight reduction and weight maintenance.

Photodynamic therapy

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is otherwise known as photoradiation therapy, phototherapy, or photochemotherapy. It involves using drugs, called photosensitizing agents, along with light to kill cancer cells. The drugs only work after they have been activated by certain kinds of light.

Depending on the part of the body being treated, the photosensitizing agent is either injected into the bloodstream or applied to the skin. After the drug is absorbed by the cancer cells, a light source is applied only to the area to be treated. The light causes the drug to react with oxygen, which forms a chemical that kills the cancer cells. PDT may also work by destroying the blood vessels that feed the cancer cells and by alerting the immune system to attack the cancer.
