In 1996, ABM-EVER was incorporated to sell small home appliances in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In 1998, ABM Water-System started to market its products to about one million civil servants in Malaysia. It was the only vendor of such products that the Malaysian government had endorsed. In the same year, ABM UROLUX was also set up in Indonesia. It specialised in the distribution of home appliances.

2003 was an exceptionally fruitful year of regionalisation for the ABM Group. With the introduction of new lifestyle health products and the expansion of business geographies, its businesses experienced multi-prong growths throughout Asia. In early 2003, ABM Air & Water was set up to serve growing market demand for good, quality, clean-air products in many Asian cities.

The company specialises in selling high-end air cleaning systems, fresh aroma-therapeutic oil, and other related products to increasingly affluent city dwellers in Asia. In mid 2003, the group successfully established a beachhead in the huge Chinese market with the incorporation of ABM Kong Yun in Xiamen. Towards the end of 2003, and still seeking new regional business opportunities, the ABM Group proudly launched its own line of health products under the Natasha brand. In an ambitious groundbreaking marketing achievement, Natasha was simultaneously introduced in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and China with great success. Since then, the brand has been growing healthily as a recognisable Asian health-product brand in these markets.

Today, after more than a decade of prudent, insightful business decision-making and sound marketing practices by a dedicated management team, the ABM Group has grown from its humble beginnings as a single-entity business, into a dynamic business group with strong brand equity in water, air and health products.
